Problem: News Fader Doesn't Work -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure you go into admin ---> News Fader and make sure the box for it being enabled is clicked. Then, go into admin ---> Skins/Forum Colors and make sure that all the boxes have a color in them. Also make sure that the colors are in number form, and you don't have the words "black" or "white." Finally, make sure the News Fader text color isn't the same color as the background. Color numbers can be found here: www.visibone.com/colorlab/If that doesn't work, make sure there are no spaces after the hex codes and that you don't have '#' in front of them.

Problem: You Can't Assign Moderators
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To assign someone a Moderator, go into admin ---> Edit Board and place their username in the appropriate box. Separate each username with a comma only so it looks like username1,username2,etc. The person will only have the Moderator powers in the Board that you assign them to. They will also only have the green stars when they post in that Board. Their profile will show them as a regular member, but they will be listed in the Member List as part of the Staff.

Problem: You Can't Log In
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After your failed attempt to log in, look at the top of the forum. If it shows your name with how many messages you have, that means you are using the wrong password. Remember, your password is case sensative. "Castle" may work as your password, but "castle" won't.
If you can't see your messages at the top, you are using the wrong username. Just like passwords, usernames are case sensative too. If you are the one who created the site, your username is "admin" Don't try "Admin" because it won't work.
If all else fails, check your e-mail. There's a reason it said for you to save it If you deleted your e-mail or recently changed your password, click Forgot Password and enter your username. A new e-mail with your password will be sent to the e-mail in your profile.

Problem: You Don't Recieve the E-mails -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If the server your site is on is slow, it may take a few minutes to several hours before you recieve your e-mail. Also, especially if your e-mail address is with hotmail, your e-mail may have been sent to the Junk Folder. Check your Junk Folder, or SPAM Folder to see if the e-mail is there.
Also, make sure your e-mail address was entered correctly when you registered.
